Thanks from Charité Chrétienne pour Personnes en Détresse CCPD providing clean water and latrines to schools

I am pleased, on behalf of the Charité Chrétienne pour Personnes en Détresse CCPD, to thank you and your organisation Kitchen Table Charities Trust for your decision to allocate to us a grant  to improve sanitation and access to clean water at Kawuikofe and Toklolo Primary schools by digging shallow wells, and building 4 compartment latrines with urinals at each school.

The pupils, teachers and community members of these two villages are also grateful to all the generous donors of KTCT.

Because of your support, we have the power to reach more people with access to clean water and sanitation. This will bring change just about everything… the incidence of diseases that affect pupils health will be reduced, school attendance and results improved, and many pupils, especially girls saved from dropouts because they will no longer need to walk long distances before collecting water every day, but have greater chance to study instead.

The project activities have started respectively on January 25th in the Kawuikofe Primary school and on January 29th in the Toklolo Primary school, and they are going on well. Once again, we are thankful for this opportunity to be in partnership with you and your
organisation in this ministry against poor access to water and sanitation in Togo.

May God continue to bless you and sustain your endeavors!

Yours sincerely
CCPD
