Niva Primary School is community school founded in 1997 and it is aided by the government of Uganda through Arua City Council. The school is located in Arua City, North-western Uganda. Niva has received a grant from the Kitchen Table Charities Trust (KTCT) for the renovation of five (5) classrooms. The project seeks to improve the classroom environment, ensure the safety of learners, and enable pupils to attend classes without interruption during rainy or windy seasons. Made With Hope – CHETI Primary School (Tanzania)

CHETI’s Primary School is located in a rural community in Arushaand educates over 530 students from local villages. All of thechildren attending this school live in poverty. CHETI Primary Schoolranks very highly in national exams and is a chance for students toget out of the poverty cycle their families are trapped in. In 2018 this school was massively oversubscribed. The Mlambe Project

We are so very grateful to KTCT for their wonderful grant to support our work in Malawi. The Mlambe Project is a small charity made up entirely of volunteers, mostly young people, who work in an impoverished rural community called Mlambe. The grant will enable us to transform Mlambe School and the educational opportunities for children who deserve a better start in life. Currently over half the pupils are taught outdoors, in very basic conditions, and the few facilities that do exist are terribly overcrowded with up to 90 children in a class.
